A few of the plants from last years hanging baskets survived the winter so I decided to re-use them and just add new plants. I dug around the garden centre for awhile b/c most of the basket plants had already been picked over. I was pleased with my finds. All were quite healthy and tucked away in the oddest places. Lucky for me! I spent the afternoon filling baskets and containers around the yard, weeding the rock garden and putting in 6 new rock/alpine garden plants.

That's great that some survived the winter. My mom has had luck like that with her baskets but not mine. I gave up b/c mine turned into brown mush over the winter.
